Repair Services

ProSys is now providing repair services for Verteq® Sunburst® brand Megasonic Transducer Arrays. Utilizing our patented bonding and assembly processes, ProSys will repair your Single or Dual Sunburst® transducers. Provide us with your failed units and have them rebuilt and tested in weeks for less than the cost of a new unit.

• Rebuilt Verteq® brand Megasonic transducers
• Frequency: 850kHz +/-25kHz
• Impedance: 50 Ohm +/- 5 Ohm
• Shipped with a new cable and matching network
• Repairable

Controls and RF Power Supply/p>

• Optional RF Power Supply and Controller replacements
• Energy densities up to 3 watts/cm2
• Operating temperatures to 60° C
