The Phaser RF™ electronics package was designed as a direct replacement for OEM SubMicron Systems (SMS) or AKrion SPA-400 series RF generators. The Phaser RF™ installs in minutes and drives 2, 4, or 8 chanel Phaser transducers provided by the OEM or ProSys.
