PROSYS ANNOUNCES "GOING DIRECT" IN EUROPE AND ASIA

San Francisco, CA July 12, 2005 - ProSys Inc., the leader in advancing Megasonic Cleaning technology today announced that ProSys is establishing a direct International Sales, Marketing, and Service Support Operation based in Europe. The new European office will support customers in Asia as well.

Increasing world-wide demand for ProSys' Megasonic Cleaning products requires a higher level of focus on local support for the European and Asian OEMs and end users.

"I am pleased to announce that an experienced industry veteran like Don Dussault has agreed to join ProSys and lead our efforts in these two markets" said Mark Beck, founder and CEO of ProSys. Don Dussault will be the General Manager of the International Operations. With Don, ProSys will have a 20+ year Semiconductor veteran on board with extensive experience in Wet Process as well as International Sales and Service operations management.
