PROSYS ANNOUNCES SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT TO MARKET AND MANUFACTURE SELDON CUSTOM PLASMAS LINE OF PATENTED RF POWER SENSING INSTRUMENTATION.

San Francisco, CA July 12, 2004 - ProSys Inc., the leader in advancing Megasonic Cleaning technology today announced that ProSys has entered into a multi-year Marketing and Manufacturing agreement with Seldon Custom Plasmas for their line of RF power voltage and current sensing probes. This patented RF probe technology is essential to the user of RF power for the understanding of the dynamic nature of the load being driven.

"The knowledge of what is actually occurring with power, phase, and impedance is critical when working on or repairing an RF driven load. Engineers and Service technicians are without a tool to understand what has changed from the factory setup without data. John Ogle, the inventor and an industry expert in the field of RF plasma matching invented this probe technology." said Mark Beck, Founder and CEO of ProSys.

"The demand for a reliable second source for our technology is required by our industrial and OEM customers." said John Ogle, inventor and President of Seldon Custom Plasmas. "ProSys has been a valued customer or years and I am pleased that Mark has agreed to help further our technology and help guarantee a reliable supply of the products."

ProSys is supplying standard and custom RF probes available with 2-3 week lead times.
