PROSYS AND MATSUBO CLOSE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

San Francisco, CA July, 2006 - ProSys Inc., the leader in advancing Megasonic Cleaning technology today announced the appointment of Matsubo Corporation as it’s exclusive distributor for Japan. With over 120 employees and Headquarters in Tokyo as well as branch offices in Osaka, Nagoya and Ebina, Matsubo is well positioned to support the Japanese Customer base.

The increasing demand for ProSys’ Megasonic products requires a higher level of focus on local support for the Japanese OEMs and End Users.
