PROSYS ANNOUNCES THE INTRODUCTION OF THE 1 AND 2 MHz MEGARRAY VcoTM PRODUCT FAMILY FOR LOWER COST BATCH CLEANING APPLICATIONS.

Munich, April 12, 2005 - ProSys Inc., the leader in advancing Megasonic cleaning technology and products, today unveiled the ProSys MegArray Vco 1k Watt, 1 or 2 MHz Family of transducers and stand alone RF Generator products

"With the need to enable users with a more cost effective batch Megasonic cleaning solution, ProSys designed a low cost, highly reliable electronics and transducer package with controls sophisticated enough to give the process engineer control of key process parameters." said Mark Beck, Founder and CEO of ProSys. "The adaptation of a simple batch transducer and robust easy to use RF generator to an OEM or end users tank requires that the electronics be capable of adjusting for varying process parameters, and to maintain a constant power output."

The Vco Control circuitry dynamically changes the operating frequency of the transducer as the process parameters change. The Generator can be set for "Real Power" mode to deliver a constant effective power to a transducer for improved wafer-to-wafer uniformity of process.
